In Voltane, you can create a subscription. Based on the selected customer, interval and products, an invoice will be automatically generated.
When an invoice is automatically generated by the subscription, you also have the option to automatically send the invoice to the customer, based on your Automations settings.
Every member of the team has the ability to create a subscription.
The following information has to be selected while creating an subscription:
- A customer has to be chosen.
- The start date has to be set. Optionally, an end date can be set as well
- The interval has to be chosen (week, month, quarter, year).
- The state of the subscription can be set to active or inactive.
- The products of the subscription can be added.
Every member of the team has the ability to read a subscription.
The following information is displayed to the member:
- The customer.
- The start, and if applicable, the end date.
- The interval.
- The state of activeness.
- The products of the subscription.
- The option to delete the subscription.
